Please have your swimmers arrive by 8AM so that we can be ready to warm up at 8:30.  Ive attached a timeline for the meet, but keep in mind that it is only "ball park" and the meet can run slower or faster than indicated.  

We are responsible for providing volunteers to hand out Heat Winner Awards (Little Duckies) to the winner of each heat.  We are partnered with Beaconsdale for this effort.  Our volunteer should coordinate with them to ensure that no heat winners miss out.
