*For the meet this Thursday, please declare your swimmers by noon tomorrow (Wednesday) so coaches have time to create the line up. Since we will be using time drops this meet, if you are not declared, we will assume you are not attending. We will not be able to add swimmers to the line up last minute or the day of the meet. If you need help to declare your swimmer, please reach out and we would be happy to show you how. 

*Our meet this Thursday is a home meet. Please report to the pool for warm ups by 4:30pm. We will warm up first at 4:45pm and our guests at 5:15pm. 

*We know that every kid wants to swim in a scoring lane, but we only get to have 2 per event and because of our team size, we cannot swim kids up or down. Because we are a team and we are trying to score the most points overall, the two scoring lanes will be reserved for the top two swimmers in those categories that declare they are attending the meet. Other swimmers who want to swim those events will be placed in exhibition lanes. As swimmers better their times in the events throughout the season, we will continue to move the top two swimmers into those scoring lanes. You can still use your exhibition lane times to qualify for city meet. We want each swimmer to challenge themselves to better their personal times regardless of what lane they are placed in. Our coaches are tying to be as fair as possible and also give our team the best chance to win our meets. 

*It's not too late to order your team shirts. I can accept orders until midnight this Wednesday night. Go to the team store on Swimtopia to order. 

*Lastly, next week is the 4th of July holiday. Because of this, practices will be canceled for Wednesday morning, and both morning and evening practices on Thursday the 4th.
