Good Evening, we have an exciting week coming up and I wanted to send a friendly reminder regarding concession donations.  I have received a few of your donations, but am still missing a good amount.

I have extended the original deadline to Wednesday evening (June 22nd) to allow everyone more time.  I would like to have all donations in by this time though (if possible) so that we can be fully stocked for our first home meet this Thursday the 23rd. At every home meet, Chick-Fil-A sandwiches, chips, cookies, candy and drinks will be available for purchase.

Because our budget is very tight, we are requesting that each family donate to the concession stand, just like in years past. Listed below are family names followed by what we would like you to bring by Wednesday, June 22nd. We tried very hard to keep all donation totals around the same amount, and under $20.

I will be available to collect your donations and mark you off anytime leading up to our Thursday meet. You can reach me at (757) 329-2361 and we can schedule a time for you to drop off your donation with me, or meet me at the pool to drop it off.  If you drop off the donation to the pool, please let me know so that I can mark you off.
